SWH built our home, and we are happy with the results. No house is perfect but overall we are satisfied with our experience. We were able to do some things in the house during the building stage, which we appreciated. If asked, there are some suggestions we have for the builder to make the home better, but over all great builder.

hello I was referred and from the get go lisa was friendly and a pleasure to work with she gave me color ideas and anytime I had a question she was quick to respond email or text . my daughter loved going with me to the office she said she loved going it was a friendly environment Liza let her play with blocks and lego . Cody was the supervisor of building he was friendly as well from the first time I met him he would anwser questions and any concernshe would get on it and call who needed to go do something. for my first time building a home they were amazing everyone had hiccups and no ones perfect but they did go above and beyond i would recommend them

My wife and I were in the market to build or to buy a already build home. For many years, I drove by this place and when we started doing research to build, we went with SW Homes. After speaking to the sales team here, we decided to go with them. Our experiance with SW Homes was wonderful. We could not have chosen a great builder. I had an appointment with Chase to get more information on their custom home building. Chase was very helpful, polite, and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions. Explained in detail how the process would go, including all features that come with the homes, and I was able to see the showroom as well. Thank you, Chase, for your time.

My experience with Southwest Homes was great. Mary Arras worked with us so that we were able to build our dream home. She was very good about keeping us updated on the process and every stage that goes along with house building. Mike was our construction manager and was always willing to answer any questions we had.
