People complaining have unrealistic expectations, don’t believe everything you read on the internet people-I’ve had an exceptionally pleasant experience in my home and I’ve been living in the community for over a decade. The new management staff members are very kind and helpful. They always get things taken care of right away. I know there are some people living here that have no respect, are rude and expect management to attend to their every need as if they were responsible for managing their personal lives too. Like I say don’t believe everything you read people!

I haven’t lived here for too long. I can guarantee this is NOT the happiest place on earth. The front desk lady is about as useful as talking to a rock. Will never get anything fixed in my apartment. The property manager “promises” and doesn’t do anything. I hate this place and wish I never moved here. If you think about living here…..do yourself a favor. Don’t. I wouldn’t wish this on my worst enemy. There is a dumpster, in the middle of the already too small parking lot. But if you want a guaranteed spot you have to pay and outrageous $75 a month for a singular parking spot on top of the outrageous rent. There are NOOOO LIGHTS IN THE BEDROOMS. Make sure you bring lamps into this apartment. The elevator that was brought up multiple times. Doesn’t work. Won’t for another 6-10 months. Forg

Sabrina the property manger was absolutely amazing and very helpful to me and my finance, got us moved in within a week and made sure we are getting what we are paying for, told us all the perks that come with this property and was very friendly the entire time, even worked on a off day at home helping us figure everything out with this being our first apartment. I would definitely recommend this complex and property manger to someone in need of a new or first home!

This place is a joke. Maintenance is a joke cant fix anything to save their life. The front office is never there. They don't answer phone calls and they certainly don't have enough respect for the residents to resolve issues like a broken elevator. Do not rent here. Your mail will get stolen along with anything u leave in the "secure" storage unit. Sabrina the front office lady talks a good game but she won't don't do her job unless she is forced to. This hasn't been a good apartment since Lund owned it.

The service was excellent. Sabrina, the property manager treated me very respectfully and answered all the questions I had. Her patience, knowledge, and n positive personality made my decision easy!
