Southway Manor Apartments

I have links here several years and this place has gotten a lot better. Office staff is great and on top of things and maintenance as well. There are some things that are beyond there control but they still try and help.

Communication is big w/ me and the associates Alex, Laura and Paula do a good job of being thorough in that area(phone, email & docs). Thinking about renewing soon. Front office and maintenance teams have been solid imo. Thankful for all the assistance! #BlessUp

I have seen this apartment complex come from oh hell I’m not staying here to oh wow, I like what you-all have done with the place! The fresh paint job looks very nice along with the other new upgrades to the apartments. Who ever y’all using for pest control services, keep them! The associates Mr. Alex and Ms. Laura are always so helpful and seems to be very knowledgeable about leasing apartments not to mention the Property manger Mrs. Paula Is a rock star individual! The whole office never misses a beat to help the current and future tenants.
