The location is outstanding, with very convenient access to the city of New Paltz, which makes daily life much easier for us. The apartment itself is well-maintained and offers great amenities, including a swimming pool and a park, which add significant value and comfort to our living experience. The neighborhood is pleasant, quiet, and well-situated, making it ideal for comfortable and peaceful living. These People are Robbers, Never Lease the Apartments here. Worst Maintenance, they never give proper maintenance. My apartment had 30 plus rats they never close holes,i was asking for Ac since 2023 October even its April 2024 I didn’t get the service or the maintenance, they just need rent worst service and over price rental. I dont even suggest these apartments if you need peace in your life. Sometimes they will off heaters when its negative temperatures outside sometimes they dont give proper maintenance we ask for. Old buildings not worth the price. They charge 1600 for 1b the hall and kitchen will be combined. I would give 0 stars if i get a chance.

Title: Very Disappointing Experience at Southside Terrace Apartments I had an incredibly frustrating experience at Southside Terrace Apartments. The manager's behavior was extremely rude, and the staff were equally unhelpful. They kept my entire deposit and never provided an invoice despite multiple requests. When I asked for details, they demanded additional money for damages they claimed to have photos of, yet refused to share these photos. This place is clearly out to take advantage of tenants. I strongly advise looking elsewhere for a rental.

It would be wonderful if the mailbox wasn't full. I'm not even trying to rent. I'm just trying to get a rent reference on a potential Tenant. From one Property Manager to another, it would be a good policy to keep your voicemailbox empty.
