I would never recommend working with Kimberley Dial. After I confided in her that I was struggling with trust issues and just wanted a realtor I could rely on, she completely betrayed that trust. She sold my private credit information without my consent and even went so far as to slander my name with other lenders. This is not only highly unprofessional, it's unethical and damaging. A realtor's job is to protect and represent their clients, not exploit their personal and financial information. Buying a home is a very profound process. A new home should have been simple. I found a new home with a great location and space. So, my realtor contacts them to get all the information. We put in the earnest money, and the house would be done in 45 days, which was perfect timing for me. Forty-five days passed, and they still were trying to finish this new home. We had a closing date that needed to be extended. There were a lot of things going back and forth with these people. There were a lot of Red flags- please read the fine print/ make sure that the realtor does not add/edit the documents/ Be aware that these people will put your home back on the market while in a contract/ make sure you read and go by the county guidelines and make sure they do too.
