I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The place was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The management team was friendly, responsive, and made the entire move-in and stay process super easy. The amenities were well maintained — especially the gym and pool — and the neighborhood felt safe and convenient with shops and restaurants nearby. Overall, it truly felt like true home. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a clean, quiet, and well-managed place to live!

We recently moved to Southridge Woods Apartments and have had a great experience so far. The community has been recently renovated and offers spacious apartments with updated features. There's a large play area, a beautiful garden, and a swimming pool — perfect for families or anyone who enjoys outdoor space. Our apartment came with brand-new appliances, including a fridge, oven, washer, and dryer, along with fresh carpeting. It feels very modern and well-maintained. The maintenance staff is prompt and proactive, quickly addressing any issues we’ve had. The office staff is also friendly and helpful, making the move-in process smooth. Overall, I’d say this is one of the best apartment communities to live in — especially if you're looking for comfort, space, and good amenities.

I live in a first-floor unit here. For months, I’ve had issues with people smoking right outside my window and very poor noise insulation — I can clearly hear conversations, TV, and daily movement from the unit above, even during the day. I contacted the leasing office multiple times, but they basically ignored and saying they are having too many emails everyday. This isn’t about occasional apartment noise, but about how ongoing issues are handled. Just something future tenants may want to be aware of.

We recently moved to Southridge Woods Apartments, it is very good and nice to stay for family. Basically it is recently renovated , looks like new only. The apartment itself is spacious , well designed. I especially love the open-concept kitchen with stainless steel appliances and plenty of cabinet space. My unit has large windows that bring in tons of natural light and give the place a warm, inviting feel. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, often within 24 hours. I would say it is one of the best apartments to stay.
