Southport Heights Apartments

I have lived here for 3 years and never had an issue. This is hands down the best building I have ever lived in. It's nice and quiet. The management is very responsive and helpful, they are always nice and try to do breakfasts and other stuff to get tenants involved. I love living here

I lived at Southport Heights for 2.5 years, and overall the experience was decent. The apartment itself was nice with updated appliances, and the maintenance team was excellent—very responsive and respectful of any requests we made. One of the things I appreciated most was the regular communication from management via text. It helped keep the community in the loop and made everything from snow removal to community-wide notices very clear. The garages are a good size as well. However, there are a few major downsides to be aware of. The walls are extremely thin—you’ll hear your neighbors' conversations, pets, and activities constantly. Parking is another big issue. I live in the cascades apartments and it’s a really nice place! The apartment is spacious and perfect for my family. It’s always peaceful and quiet in the building as well. Maintenance is reliable and punctual in their responses to any issues we have had. The only thing I don’t like about living here is being on the third floor, and there’s no elevator in the building. But on the bright side I get lots of exercise with two dogs who need to go outside multiple times a day! All in all I highly recommend living here!

Ive never lost so much sleep in my life. Worst sound insulation of any apartment I've been in. If you've ever wanted to know every movement of your upstairs neighbors, then this is the place for you. If you want your schedule to be entirely dictated by whoever lives above you then this is the place for you. Management has been exceptionally unhelpful for noise during the day, as it seems they don't have an issue with loud sounds during these hours, It doesn't matter if it constantly is booming throughout your apartment. 4 neighbors so far and they've all been completely audible. The property claims non smoking but you have to always be there when the innevitable smoke comes in. Called the police dozens of times for noise issues overnight as this is the only method of recourse after hours,
