Im in love with my apartment, very quiet, clean Silvia and Nelly are very professionals and super nice, I feel very secure here because for visitors they need a code to get in, there is parking anytime, most of the ppl that live here are very polite and nice, and there is a dog area and love that they have stations with doggy bags and trash cans so u can put ur dogs bags in it. So far I dont have any complains at all. But if all the residents cooperates and mantain the buildings and areas clean this will be the Best of all apts in the area. The rent is worth it for all the features that the complex have. Once building 2 is done , hopefully will be as good as building 1.

This place is terrible. I live here and it’s only been 2 months since it’s opened and I hate it already. Dog pee in the hallways, the elevators stink and are often broken, the trash chutes are full of trash and the maintenance requests are ignored. Oh yeah, THEY DO CONSTRUCTION AT 2AM DURING WEEKDAYS!!!!!! To add insult to injury, the only amenity we have is a tiny gym. No pool, common area, nothing! It’s absolutely not worth the price. Avoid this place at all costs!! I wish I could break my lease, moving here was the worst decision ever. I can live in a townhome for only $300 more a month. THIS PLACE SUCKS. I will absolutely not be renewing my lease!!! I hate this place so much 💔

For some reason every time I call no one answers the phone if someone can reach out to me I greatly appreciate it. I’m interested in leasing one of your units but due to no answer it’s giving unprofessional. What’s the point of having a front desk and phone numbers no one answers.

I got my money order back to hold an apartment and it was filled out . I was told to take it to my bank and it would be no problem to cash . Well I cannot cash my 200.00 money order as it is filled out to this apartment complex . Went back to western union and was told the same .

I don’t know when they opened these apartments or who works in the front desk but nobody answers the phone. I have questions and i go straight to voicemail.
