Southpoint Villas is a wonderful place to live. It's clean, quiet and safe. The staff is amazing! Alex is so pleasant, efficient and professional. The entire staff is the best! We've been almost 3 years and have never felt the need to look for anywhere else to move. This is our home! Really nice apartments! Everywhere is very clean and I liked that there are many floor plans to choose from. The amenities stood out to me as well, there is something for everyone to enjoy. It’s located in a great and convenient area with a high school, grocery store, and food options within 10 minutes. Overall, very appealing!

I’ve been living here for the past 2years I love the way Alejandra treats and acts she is a very sweet a nice persons always has a good attitude the apartments here are always nice and clean I never have no issues with anything I can’t wait for summer to have fun with my family at the pool i highly recommend this apartment complex I never have to deal with neighbors I love it here ❤️

We just signed our lease, but I lived here 4 years ago also. Alex was very helpful, and made sure we got the best deal. This apartment was the best value in the area. Go check them out!
