Southpoint Glen Apartments

Like every apartment complex it can get busy and hectic with office calls and maintenance. However, for the most part the SouthPoint Glenn Team have been great and understanding! (I asked the office Staff Jessica could someone put a package in my apartment( A TV)because I was working and didn’t want it to sit outside for 12 hours! The went over within the hour of my call and put the package in side)! This was going above and beyond for me and I’m so grateful ❤️

These are the worst apartment to apply for, my experience with the property in the whole move-in process was So stressful and difficult. The Manager at the property is so rude. Their prices always change. They never answer the phone Even if you call their third-party approval processor, agent never answered the phone either they tell you things at the last minute and the only person has been really nice and helpful to me. Is their agent named Hillary. I can say she has been the only person been very helpful with the entire movement process and always has tried her best to get me what I wanted, but everybody else has been so difficult. I applied to so many properties but this a property right here is the worst to apply for it. I recommend never apply for this property. I don’t get why I pay

They don't seem to want to work with anyone. I have never seen an apartment complex that literally changes prices every other day. Don't get me started on the application. Quick to take your money from your bank account, but have to wait 30 days if not approved by MAIL in 2025 almost 2026. In this economy people losing jobs, if people are making 3 or 4 times the rent amount I advise you to stay in a fresh and newly built apartment complex. Administration is not worth two cents got email saying information was needed, but I had everything only to not get approved. It's like she only looked at it today Tuesday, when applied on Thursday. Please keep your options open like I did. They kept asking did you give your current apartment notice, like they want you to be homeless. Can I get a res

I’m Really concerned my electric bill is $270 which is $120 higher than the 1 bedroom I moved from There is something truly wrong with the heating system I’m not sure if I need to reach out to Duke electric or you should to check the meter to rule things out or if something is wrong with the heat controller but if this apartment is faulty I need to be moved to another unit. There is no way I’m going to keep paying a $300 electric bill which is more than my sister paying in her House! Not sure what u need to do but this is ridiculous!!

Easily the worst complex I have ever lived in! I lived at Southpoint Glen for over two years and it was a revolving door of terrible management the entire time. Let's start with the positives. The community was easily walkable and the buildings are nicely spaced out, lots of green spaces. Maybe I should have said positive, because that is the only good thing. Now into the negatives. Management was never responsive and never answered the phone no matter what time of day I called. If I had a maintenance issue it frequently took well over a week to even be acknowledged, let alone fixed. This is probably due to the fact that the maintenance crew completely changed every few months and most of the times the crew was more interested in racing golf carts around the property while smoking cigar
