We had the honor of having Michael Lliff as our loan officer. He was the epitome of professionalism. Michael understood our financial situation and made suggestions as to how we should proceed. I have never spoken to or contacted this company, and yet I have still received 15 messages over a period of 28 days. That is excessive, spammy, and harassing. Regardless of how "Well intentioned to provide our (Unsolicited and Potential) customers the best service (That they didn't ask for)". A good business does not need to spam unsolicited contact to personal phone numbers and I would never use one or recommend one that does practice these tactics. Ive received many such messages from similar companies, but they all stopped on average after the 4th non-responsive attempt. This company either pressures its employees to continue or it's their standard procedure to harass to solicit buisiness. It should not be the onus of anyone being contacted to be forced into an action to opt out of sol

I am very happy with the service that I received from Southpoint Financial Services. Ben Coulibaly was recommended by a good friend of mine and I am very glad that I was able to work with him. He was very honest, knowledgeable, calm, and supportive throughout the process. Anytime I had a question he was very prompt in his reply. My husband and I would like to thank Warren Stewart and Rosa Simmons for guiding us every step of the way in finding a home. From the time we applied to the time we closed. It wasn’t easy due to some bumps in the road. But Rosa Simmons is amazing. She is very compassionate and kind. She lets you know upfront who she is and makes sure that you have all your documents for underwriting. She really goes above and beyond. Rosa and Warren thank you so much because we were about to give up. Keep doing the great work that each one of you do and I will always recommend people to Southpoint because of the both of you.
