Southpoint Estate Apartments

Just moved into these apartments and am pleasantly surprised. The apartment and apartment complex is great! We moved from across the country and were nervous not really knowing the area or seeing the unit, but the leasing office was amazing answering all of our questions and concerns. Getting into the unit was made easy by the office staff, which was a relief after long days of travel. Shout out to the maintenance team - Rico and Walter - we submitted our initial move in checklist and they came immediately and took care of the couple issues we saw. *Will update after a few months of living here*

Big shout out to the Leasing office staff and the maintenance team. Been living here for 5+ years in a one bedroom. They allowed me to upgrade to a two bedroom and I’m obsessed with how professional and well they take care of us here! Maintenance team is very responsive shout out to Rico and Walter those guys are fast and professional! Thank you thank you Southpoint estate! ❤️

I scheduled a 12:30 pm tour, but arrived to find the leasing office completely empty with no staff in sight, despite it being during open hours. While the tour is self guided, I was sent no confirmation email or text which would gave contained the access codes and instructions needed to gain access. Between the staff no show for a scheduled appointment and the lack of confirmation, don’t waste your time here.

Ms.Tyana made our move in very easy and walked us through everything we needed to know. She was very kind and helpful with everything. Highly recommend

We recently completed a paving project at ARIUM Southpoint and had a wonderful experience! Amanda and her team were all friendly and helpful and helped make the paving project run seamlessly.
