Kyle is extremely on top of everything. I’ve had several other landlords in the Boston area who have been fine, but never amazing. My roommate and I have lived in our new place for less than 2 weeks and are already extremely impressed with the communication, speed, and attention to detail from Boston Capital Management. The apartment was professionally cleaned before we moved in (NOT a common feat on 9/1 move in). We put in a maintenance request late last night for a minor dishwasher issue and management has already reached out before 9am today to schedule the repair. Kyle has been both my realtor and property manager. He helped my husband and I find an apartment; it was a very smooth process and he was great to work with. As a property manager, he was always responsive when we had any issues. When we needed some flexibility at the end of our lease, he was extremely accommodating and worked with us to figure out a plan that worked for everyone. We used him again when looking to buy our first home and he was super helpful and willing to work around our schedules to set up showings. Highly recommend!
