Southland Log Homes

Extraordinary company. Mike Harville went well beyond his obligation in providing excellent customer service. The home is magnificent. Much more solid than anticipated. We used Nova Pro, which travels around the country building these homes, and their team put it together in five weeks. Interior is still under construction. We are adding Hunter green shingles and dormers. Garage is massive. I love the light red maple stain.

THE BEST LOG CABIN HOMES AVAILABLE ARE FOUND AT “Southland Log homes” I just recently moved into my New Log Cabin from Southland Log Homes. Throughout the build I was extremely well supported by the Staff at Southland. From Mike in sales, to Danielle in Project Support, and Stephen in their technical support! They were more than able to offer viable answers to any of my questions throughout the build! Yes, there were a few supply and demand issues with various products throughout the build period, but they were always responded to and eventually resolved! Believe me when I say, I vetted every Log Home Cabin Company I could find online, and at the end of this project, I can say with great confidence that I chose the right Company!

Mike was great to work with from beginning to end of process. Even though his position was in sales, he helped me navigate logistical hurdles which can be considerable when building a log home. I was impressed with the quality of materials in the kit from widows to doors to shingles. Each vendor also provided excellent support when contacted. Would definitely use their services again if building a log home.

Spent a lot of time looking and pricing homes. Mike was patient and after over a year of looking we finally decided on the house for us. Mike was knowledgeable and helped with the process. Can't wait till it is all finished.

Paid a deposit on the log home, estimate cost came in much higher than originally advised it would be. Cancelled order and lost all of my deposit. Would not recommend.
