They are known as the "enforcers" of ridiculous claims by the slumlords they represent and I didn't believe that until they took over my lease in a shoddy home that looks in places as if it should be condemned. When I left the place after a professional cleaning, Shannon herself takes me to court in order to pay for an entirely new carpet installation--when the previous carpet had never finished installation and didn't even have padding. Shannon French had a waterfront house listed that my wife and I looked at. She was incredibly unresponsive, unprofessional, and rude. She gave our realtor the wrong code for the lock box twice. We ended up making an above asking offer waiving all inspections.
