Susan with Southern Palms by Holiday Builders was such a pleasure to work with. Even though we had an agent of our own, there wasn't a time we needed additional assistance that Susan didn't make herself readily available, especially with us being first-time home buyers! No matter the timeframe or concerns we had throughout the home-buying process, Susan ALWAYS ensured us she was here to assist in any way possible!! She kept us updated every step of the way and was very informative about what to expect during the process. Our overall experience with her, as well as with everyone else at Holiday Builders (including Dan), has been a joy. Even after closing, she and the team continue to reassure us that if we ever need anything, they are just a phone call away.

Susan Condreay is awesome to work with. Great communication with me and my clients throughout the entire process of buying a new build. Dan, the construction manager, was also great.

Susan has been wonderful. I have a few issues with the house including not having a sprinkler system working for over a month since I moved in and the extreme incline on the side of my house making the compressor unstable.
