In April of 2023 we were lucky enough to win a cottage lot in Richland Point. We interviewed several builders and ended up selecting Kevin and Southern Luxury. Living out of state could have made the process a challenge however, Brooke, Mike and Rusty made the process extremely easy. They sent us weekly videos of the progress and we were in constant communication with us. Rusty, our site super was INCREDIBLE! He has to be the best we have ever encountered. We are currently in and enjoying our beautiful home less than a year later. Some builders over promise and under deliver- not the team at Southern Luxury. I will 100% use them again and recommend them over and over!
