Valerie was easy to work with and extremely professional in her approach to marketing and ultimately, selling our house. It was a difficult situation given quite a few unknowns and surprises along the way, but she stuck with us, stayed positive and did a great job under difficult circumstances.

I would give them only one or less stars, but these people are a total scam. I recently bought a house through Kim at Coldwell Banker prime realty in Hearon, and she was very nice but she was in cahoots with the listing agent who sold me the house, and there were contracted repairs that needed to be done before we signed the paperwork, and I thought everything was taken care of, but come to realize afterwords that Only some of the required repairs were completed. I try to work it out and get things rectified and completed, but afterwords, but neither the listing agent or Kim from Coldwell Banker prime Realty, or willing to help us out. They left us high and dry. I will never ever do business with Coldwell Banker Prime Realty in Herrin, nor Kim for this matter ever ever again.

We recently just purchased land and could not have done it without Valerie's help. She is always so professional and willing to help with anything and everything. If anyone is looking for an agent I highly reccomend her. You will never be disappointed

Nathan Marks! Nathan is by far the Best realtor you could have next to you on your home buying/selling team. He truly knows his stuff, will not give false information, (even if it isn't what you hope to hear) will voice his true opinion, and will be by your side day or night. We couldn't have asked for a better realtor to have with us for our first home buying experience. I know without a doubt things were taken care of faster because we had him. He's on top of his part and will ensure the buyer/seller will be on their game as well. Please give Nathan a shout if you're considering buying/selling. You will Not be disappointed!
