When we first started looking at homes we found the community where we met Adrianna almost a year ago. She was so helpful took hours looking at different models and what met our needs and wants. We didn’t pull the trigger until months later and started the whole process over again and without hesitation yojr-Adrianna(new home specialist, walked us through it once more. She’s a blessing. I decided to wait a few months after moving into my new home before writing this review, so I could fairly evaluate the entire process from beginning to end. To start, my sales representative, Virginia, was outstanding. She was welcoming, helpful, and guided us through the early stages with great professionalism. Our original project manager, Nic, was also excellent, and the construction process began smoothly under his oversight. However, we were disappointed when our project manager was changed midway through the build. Although construction continued without major issues, the transition impacted our overall experience. Our new project manager, Brad, did not provide the same level of support, and at times it felt as though our concerns were met with excuses rather than solutions. One

The first worker of Southern Homes I met was Virginia Edwards who I got introduced by my realtor. Virginia greeted me with a smile.
