Very informative and patient. . We have worked with Joann for an investment property and then a year later for a home. During both shopping periods she was very attentive in sending properties within our budget. Her communication was amazing! She texted us when we were busy (our request) and called when we were able to talk. When requesting to view homes she kept us informed and booked the 1st availability that was in line with our availability. Any questions we had or information we didn’t understand Joann made sure our questions were answered promptly along with us understanding the process.
