This is our first home purchase with Southern Development Homes, and so far we are very impressed with everyone we have interacted with, especially Anna and Shelby! Prior to purchasing, Shelby took us through all of the finishes that are included with the home. Once we signed a contract, Anna helped us pick finishes that look great together and kept us within our budget! Even during the lockdown, Shelby and Anna worked meticulously to present our options virtually, and provided guidance each step of the way. Thank you guys for the wonderful experience, this has far exceeded our expectations.
