Danielle and Monica and their team are amazing. Danielle has handled three home sales for us since 2020 and every time I have never needed to worry about a thing. She knows the local market and exactly what needs attention to get the house sold. She has great contacts with contractors in the community who respond and get her jobs done quickly and with integrity. She is a strong negotiator and offers great insight while still listening to our requests. She is responsive and we receive regular updates on the status of the contract process which was important as we were not living locally during the transaction. She was able to get our last place under contract within less than 24 hours and made sure we had the notary services we needed for closing even though we were out of the country. She

Danielle will deny a rental to a valid documented service animal for PTSD. If you have one of the breeds of dogs they refuse then they will break the ADA and refuse to rent to you. Waste of time and illegal. Don't expect to hear back from them if they tell you they'll get back to you. Update: If their statement below was true they wouldn't have told me no off hand, neglect to send me their policy for ESA/Service animals despite promising they would. She wouldn't have hung up on me, and since they have my phone number you'd think they would've reached out by now to clarify. They would've asked to see my paperwork for the dog at least instead of using insurance policies as a cop out. They are shady and will likely infringe on your rights as well.

Went into office after talking to Danielle,(who seemed ok) told by Monica Violet Danielle not available but she would show me thought she was sure she could get me the property for a low price I said great let's go look at it. When we got there she was totally unsure of property lines. That tells me she hasn't done the research. She said she needed to find out more about the property. As we left the Nieghbor told me she had sold him his property and lied about it. I decided it might be smart to find someone to represent me as well. Turns out Monica wanted both commissions (buyer and seller rep) illegal in most states. I turned in the proposal as Monica had it written and it was refused. So I offered the asking price plus 5k. They said they wanted the full price as escrow or Ernest money. A

Danielle and her team were great landlords. We have been with them since 2017 and always been treated well and respectfully. We had some major issues and they were taken care of quickly as well as safety improved in the time of their management.

Danielle was very helpful and knowledgeable regarding the area and the houses she showed me, I told her why I was moving to Trinidad and how much stuff I would be moving with and she tailored our walk-throughs to match my requirements. She did a fantastic job and while I did go with another option(sooner move in date) I would feel completely comfortable going back to them if I needed to move in the future.
