I recently called this place after a broker of theirs contacted me. I thought they had listed some good properties in which I was very interested. Somebody named Kathy answered the phone. I stated what my name was, which is a foreign name, and that I was returning their call. She then raised her voice and shouted, "WHAAAAAAAAT" into the phone. Needless to say, I felt disrespected. I gave her a piece of my mind and hung up. I hope Kathy is worth the amount of potential business you lost.
