The people/management themselves aren’t that bad, but there is a constant issue with water with it suddenly being turned off for no reason/warning and lack of cold/hot water. Plumbing pressure ain’t so great either, considering sometimes what you flush down comes back up. There were also roaches/bugs crawling around too despite how many times the apt has been clean. The biggest issue I had was when making a electric account with the manager, which they did on our behalf was that somehow the information got leaked and we have been getting billed for other fraudulent accounts, thankfully the manager at the place did help resolve the issue, but considering it happened on 3 occasions and only after we made an electric account with the company the manager did on our behalf(they were a consultan

I lived here a year ago and it was terrible! There was way too many cockroaches in the kitchen and bathroom. There was never hot water when I had to shower. I would have to heat up water in a bucket at times in order to have some hot water. The people at the office wouldn't do anything about the problems I reported. When I finally moved out they locked me out of my apartment and threw away a lot of my stuff even though I still had one day left on the contract! I left the apartment tje way they gave it to me and they would not give me my down payment so they kept it. Worst apartment I've lived in for sure!

Been living here for almost a year, and I would say it's OKAY. My biggest problem living here is that they turn the hot water off for ALL residents without ANY notice, mind you, I pay my rent every month ON TIME. Today is June 12th, 2017 and we have been going without hot water for over a week now. I'm having to wake up extra early just to boil large pots of water so I can bathe to get ready for my work day. It's a nightmare!!! I've called the office a numerous of occasions and they tell me "it'll be on tomorrow," but tomorrow hasn't came yet. Sometimes they don't answer and there is no options for VM. Another problem here is you cannot have visitors after 8pm. I feel like a stepchild with my privileges taken away for no reason 😧 My lease is coming up. I may not stay, but the hassle of mov

It getting there. They are trying to fix as much mistakes that they have been left with. The owner is very friendly and is willing to get to know you. Manager is tough but if you simple ask it will be done. If not call again they will work on it asap. Crime was high but they have fixed the gate access yet it is easy for others to wait you just have to lock your stuff good. And hope for the best. They are getting there.

I just moved here 2 months ago and i can honestly say they are better than what i expected the owner an. Manager are both easy to talk to it's very quiet here and idk about the hot water situation haven't had one problem but i recommend them very affordable
