Southbrooke Apartments

Southbrooke has improved so much recently. Wanda the manager is a delight to work with. She really helped me get in to a nice apartment. Maintenance is doing a great job. I highly recommend you check these apartments out.

Wow!!!!! Management was absolutely wonderful.I talk to Wanda she was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with all questions you can tell she knows her business thank you thank you southbrooke apartments for typing my call and taking the time out of your busy schedule to get me a walk through extremely nice grounds and you can tell improvements have been made. I'm currently not able to make the move at this time.But will definitely make the move in the future. And thank you , Wanda again for all of your help!!!!

The new Manager and Maintenance are improving this place so well! Robert the Maintenance is so helpful, kind, and works with you as much as possible. He has helped my mother fix things that have been broken since she moved in!

I have posted here before and have deleted my reviews on account of feeling guilty and wanting to give them the benefit of the doubt, but this place is absolutely rancid. Nobody here is qualified to run an entire community of people. They worked on the plumbing in one building for an entire week and didn't give a proper 24 hour notice each time they'd have to turn the water off, so it was always within a few hours that you had to get anything done that required water. The plumbing is bad. They hardly get to work orders on time. I understand having to help so many people is hard on one person, but that's why you shouldn't have one or two unqualified people running maintenance. The solution is there, you just have to look for it. I wouldn't be surprised if this place were to get shut down or

This place is a slum and it’s run by slum lords. My brother lives there and I came from out of town to visit and I was appalled at the conditions of this place. Empty units with broken windows and blinds. Trash all around the place. My brother keeps his apartment very clean, but the one next to him is filthy. The tenants moved out but left garbaage, human feces and urine all in the place. Management is refusing to clean it up. The smell is coming through his side. Causing bugs. It’s unhealthy and unfit. They should be shut down and condemned. He has had problem with mold, water leaks, and roaches. I wouldn’t let a stray animal live here.
