My smoke alarm died and within hours of calling the office to let them know it was replaced. Thank you! 12/07/24 My overhead kitchen light stopped working, and in less than 24 hours, it was fixed. Everything was done super fast . Grateful for the wonderful maintenance staff . Bill is great!

Had an issue with dryer and it was resolved quickly. Maintenance staff are very highly skilled ones and they fix the issues quickly. Having a great stay here since 2023 at Paoli South townhomes. Thank you

The Management Team were excellent in their handling of my affairs during my stay at the facility. Also the mantinance personal, especially Bill were very responsive to any work needed . I want to thank everyone for their cordial handling of my needs during my lease. Thank you ; Don Murtaugh

We had been getting water in the basement and it formed all along the back wall. Bill came and determined our HVAC unit froze up. He got the right people involved and handled it well. He even explained what was wrong and how we should be checking to make sure the fix he put in place corrected the issue. Always a great experience partnering with him.

Do not rent here! Management is very rude and IGNORANT! I leased for a year and they were not nice and I wouldn’t be surprised if it was because of the COLOR of my skin. There is one assistant manager named Brooke who was absolutely wonderful but the rest were terrible. They steal packages and “don’t know what to tell you” when you bring it to their attention. The homes are very outdated and expensive. These people need to do better! DO NOT RENT HERE!
