South Ridge Apartments

This is a beautiful and quiet community. My husband and I originally toured with Kristina and she is very knowledgeable about community amenities, pricing, and overall communication was excellent! She made us feel welcomed into the community immediately. Move in was the smoothest process and Mandy gave us a thorough run down of everything needed for move in. We are more than content with our choice of South Ridge being our new home!

I normally do not write reviews but seeing such a beautiful place managed by such hardworking women deserves to be recognized! Moving in here was such a stress free process as first time movers. Mandi and Kristina are AMAZING and have taken the time out of their day to be outstanding when making sure we had everything we needed. They are fast and on top of maintenance requests, responding to emails and concerns it shows how much they are involved in this community. So glad we chose to be here. Such sweet and kind people. They deserve recognition for their hard work for sure!

Sidney and Mandi were absolutely amazing during the moving in process. They were informative, helpful, and genuinely kind. Applying, signing, and moving in was hassle free. The apartment complex is in a quiet location, which has been nice to experience. Said quiet location is close enough to Salmon Creek, Ridgefield, and Battleground to be convient for shopping or visits. The apartments themselves are quite spacious. This was genuinely a wonderful experience, and I hope to stay for quite some time!

My time here was a mixed experience, but overall pleasant and peaceful despite some occasional apartment hiccups. Walls are a little thin, but if you’re patient then the quietness of the property will reveal its beauty. I want to personally thank Mandi the assistant manager for being so easy to speak with about issues and frustrations and for James in maintenance for helping fix anything that went awry. James made best friends with Maggie my collie and was very excited to see her everytime he stopped by. I’ll miss working with both Mandi and James for all of their hard work and diligence during my time here. Every place comes with some bumps, but the staff here are very transparent, understanding, and approachable. Thank you for making my stay here feel like a home!

I just moved into these apartments and I couldn’t be happier so far! The staff is incredibly friendly and super helpful, which made the whole move-in process easy and stress-free. The apartments themselves are really nice, and the amenities are always clean and well maintained. You can tell they take pride in keeping the place looking great. Highly recommend!
