Greg was absolutely incredible! He came out at night and got me into my apartment within minutes. He was fast, professional, and so kind. He even made me two new keys that work perfectly, fixed my electrical plug sockets, and then opened my mailbox right away with no issues. I’ve never had service this quick and reliable. Excellent Residence - Highly Recommended! I honestly don't understand the negative reviews about this place. From my experience, the residence is perfect - very clean, beautifully maintained, and in a great location close to everything. The property offers fantastic amenities: a swimming pool, a fully equipped gym, a stadium for sports, and a playground for children. The apartments are spotless, recently renovated, and I've never had any issues with roaches or pests. In my opinion, maintaining cleanliness in your own unit goes a long way, so claims about infestations are simply not true. Maintenance is always available, quick to respond, and very professional. I went into this development yesterday to inquire about a one-bedroom apartment there was a young lady there by the name of Brittany Perkins she told a lie from the very beginning when they took us to see the apartment the newly remodeled one she told us that it was right next door we got caught in the rain storm because she lied we had to go up and around the corner in the rain and it was not right next door and I got sick so when we got back to the office she lied again and said oh I know you like this apartment it has the stainless steel appliances well no we did not have the new appliances in there when people lie to you in the beginning when you move in there it's going to be a history of lies development itself is dirty I get Brittany two thumbs down just for being a liar she didn't

I've read almost all of these reviews and have to say I strongly disagree. Maintenance is Johnny On The Spot! Needed AC repaired and they were there within hours! The ladies at the office are as nice as can be. They went out of their way to help with anything they could while I was moving in. Roaches? Not in my apartment! As a long time pest control technician, I can assure you that if YOUR apartment is infested, 99% of the time it's YOUR fault. Unfortunately, if you have conjoined walls and pipes with a neighnor with a roach infestation, you have a greater chance of them spreading to your apartment. Generally, though, sealing up the gaps around your pipes will keep that from happening. I have wonderful neighbors and have never witnessed any sort of altercations or heard of any unfriendly
