South Mountain Apartment Homes

I have nothing but good things to say about South Mountain Apartments. The women in the office were all very kind and knowledgeable. Michell gave me a tour of the apartments they were clean and beautiful, so was the property. They are just a little over my budget at this time. But this is at the top of my list if circumstances ever change. Thank you ladies!!

I live here now since 2023.they have a beautiful pool and a dog park.I love and i have looked at other places to live in apartments.They don't compare to these.They're just old, not updated.These are actually beautiful and I'd love living here.

Worst management ever. Contractors can walk in your apartment anytime without giving you a chance to open the door first and office management does nothing about it. Water is always off because they’re renovating complexes, they do this with no warning or emails to let us know the water will be off, when you ask office about it they say they don’t know when it will be back on. You pay all this money a month in rent and feel like you have no privacy, as if the apartment you pay for doesn’t even belong to you. You can hear your upstairs neighbors footsteps as if they were in your apartment with you, over all just a horrible place to live! Would not recommend.

Karen from the office always call back and is very professional , kudos to her always speaking to me in a professional and respectful way and helping to resolve my issues , thank you Karen you are indeed a great asset to south mountain apartments.Jonathan from maintenance thank you , you fixed the sink and cleaned up throughly after finishing , you were very professional and you did a wonderful job , THANK YOU

Loved living here, until noisey neighbors who live above me. Love spending 1800 a month to not have a decent parking spot most days, having junk cars taking up space, fixing those junk cars , parking in the middle of the street, playing their tvs and music so loud I can’t hear my own tv. Plus they have a baby who I don’t know how it sleeps with all the noice coming from 9pm- to 11pm and sometimes later. Complaining doesn’t help because the neighbors don’t give a crap about anyone around them. Who can relax and enjoy rent when the space isn’t relaxing. I hear my other neighbors dog less than them.
