I just moved into my rental property. The process was easy. Fill out application, was approved the next day or so. Then pay deposit and 1st month rent, sign lease and get the keys. So far everything has been fine. The house has a few issues but they are working to fix them.

These folks at this company I can say turn my son down and around cause of his color u right they very unprofessional and who turns anyone down anyway when they trying to start off fresh at a young age what most don't try and do. But I tell u what u was wrong to where I will sue cause first off he listed his brother as whatever what right did u have to run another person or call and get any information on someone else u wrong by law u can't do that and I will be reporting u to the BBB building reading y'all reviews I wouldn't rent from u guys anyway only have 1 or 2 homes on your site web site cheap u not the only company out here and my son's business owner u will be hearing from our lawyer cause u did something u know u should have never did

This place is rude & unprofessional! I had an appointment to view a home for rent, I called & explained I was running late & would be there in less than 10 mins & had my application & application fee in hand... the lady explained they already had someone interested in the home & wouldn't wait for me to arrive & view the home, REALLY?! I stopped by the home anyways & viewed the outside, the grass was ridiculously tall & the home was covered in dirt & mold along with missing window screens & no blinds... so clearly this company does not take good care of their properties & clear have ZERO respect for potential renters.

I love everyone there. Any time I had a problem they always made sure it was taken care of. I recommend them to everyone I talk to that is looking for a place to rent.

Highly recommend these folks! Been in the business for years and that hands on experience and knowledge is so beneficial for you! They know what they are doing and a great advisers when you are selling or buying.
