I was very disappointed in how South Land Title handled the sale of our inherited property. It became clear that managing an estate with multiple heirs was a challenge for the company, as they failed to share important closing information with all heirs before the closing date. At times, it even appeared they were prepared to proceed with only one signature. As a result, we spent an extensive amount of time at the closing table while I carefully reviewed each document and repeatedly clarified that I could not sign anything stating I had received information that had never been provided.
