South Haven built our dream home! I am still in awe of the home they built everyday. Their craftsmanship was excellent. Our on site builder/project manager, Greg, was amazing- he knew every nook and cranny of the house, spotted and fixed issues I would never notice and was very communicative. Their design team was so creative, and came up with beautiful solutions to dilemmas that came up, adding character and value to our home. If you are looking for a local builder with soul that cares about your investment as much as you do, then South Haven is for you. They are simply the best.

We partnered with South Haven on a total remodel of an investment property in Alpharetta, and were beyond satisfied with the beautiful result. In the end it was really a one of a kind custom home that was the result of a beautiful design and old world craftsmanship.
