South Greenview Estates

I highly recommend South Greenview Estates if you’re a Senior looking for a living situation that is quiet, restful, and close to nature. Out of the traffic areas in town, one gets a sense of country living, but still close to services and town activities. We love getting on the bike/walking path without driving. It makes the effort to exercise and get out a little easier and the reward of being in a natural setting around the golf course makes it even better. The outdoor activities going on next door at Willow Creek golf course and the pickle ball court are fun to be around but are never intrusive to the peacefulness of the neighborhood. Kept telling my daughter and I $1400 per month charged 1450 said I could choose from a 6 mo or 1 yr lease. Only brought out a 1 yr lease to sign. Said pet friendly then said had to have shock collars on them , and no amenities for them. Broken glass in yard when moved in broken glass still there when I left. Harassed about my dogs from day one to day I left. Only one exit if fire broke out. Mows the grass and does not bag it leaves big chunks of grass in front of main doors then tells me my dogs drug it in on their bellies. No handle on my freezer he kept promising to get one. But still didn't have one when I left. And I talked to other tennets who had the same problem but a lot worse problems. This is supposed to be 55 and older community but no hand bars in bathrooms.
