South Glen Apartments

This place is absolutly trash. I have never been evicted from a place in my life!!! But these the bums running the place thought that i was going to pay rent for the tenet that moved in after me. Let me explain. Long story short, my lease was done and i gave the property manager (Summer) a 30day notice. A random guy (who had helped me work on one of my vehicles) asked her if he move in once i moved out. She told him sure. They come up with an agreement amongst themselves. (Fine that has nothing to do with me.) He then asked her if he could use my security deposit as his once i have completely moved out and in return i wouldnt have to pay him for fixing my car. This property land & apts are owned by Ms. Laurie Lane (King) she lives in California & owns several Mansion & homes and horse ranch w/ honeymoon cottage you can even rent the horses to ride them. She is also Store owner of Main St Meds 3 in Cally part owner in Jenks & Tulsa, OK.

This is my first month at South Glen and it has been great. Management and maintenance are on top of things, the grounds are clean. I like that we have on site security. First Commercial management group is doing a great job.

I've only been living here a short time but so far this place is great. The new owners are trying their hardest to clean this place up and have higher standards to who they will rent to. They even evicted a bunch of people since buying the property because they were felons or what not. My electricity bill was only 40 bucks and I have a 2 bedroom. The manager is awesome and we always have long conversations whenever I go to the office. The maintenance men are great and I've never had any problems with anybody here. My daughter will be attending the elementary school across the street and there are allot of store and restaurants near by and is also easy access to downtown Tulsa and the BA express.

The office staff are rude won’t give corporate number to report above them. I have a toddler and no heat for over a week. When talking to the staff they offered me space heaters in my apartment with my toddler. After telling them the space heaters keep tripping the breaker box. The office manager slammed the door in my face, and then hung up on me several times when trying to call to get corporate number. The new guy and the office manager are rude.
