I'm a mortgage loan originator in Palm City, FL. I have been working with South Florida Title Services since 1997. I've Closed a lot of loans during this time! I can tell you, there are some Title Companies that are very difficult to work with, and there are some Title Companies that are easy to work with, and there are a couple Title Companies that are a Pleasure to work with. South Florida Title Services is Exceptional to work with! When it comes to service, Jill and Donna go above and beyond! Most Title Companies want the Closing Documents at least 24-Hours Prior to Closing, some even Require it! I have literally emailed the Closing Package to South Florida Title Services 15-Minutes before Closing and they Closed the Loan, without the slightest complaint. Of course, no one wants

Great and knowledgeable service! Staff understands title searches as well as anyone. I really appreciate that they do their own title searches. I went in two years after my closing (which went perfectly) and staff helped me understand an abandonment of property that made my property bigger (even though the lines were not accurately drawn on the property appraiser website). They did this by finding the ordinance passed by the City in the 1960s! Highly recommend.

Went to refinance my primary residence and got stuck at the end because of a different purchase I made where the mortgage was recorded on my primary residence not the one it belonged too. When I called to get it rectified I was told I had to wait a few days for someone to get back to the office in the middle of the week and they were busy. This was not an error on my end you would think righting a mistake would be a top priority. If I could get a refund for not doing the job correctly that'd be great then I could pay someone else to fix it.

I have been doing business with Jill at South Florida Title in Stuart for many years. I close on multiple properties each year. They are easily the most knowledgeable and professional title company around.
