South Bluffs Apartments

South Bluff apartments is a quiet and cute community that looks like you are in Charleston or New Orleans! It is in the heart of downtown Memphis close to restaurants and more, but you feel like you are in a suburb. Beautiful to walk in the neighborhood! Must see!

I am so grateful to have found South Bluffs! This is an incredible location and I feel so safe here. The property is so large - it’s less like a complex and more like a very secure gated community. The gate only lets in one person at a time and the complex has security drive around at night. There are a ton of trees and the landscaping is gorgeous! On the third floor, it feels like I’m living in a treehouse. There is a ton of storage space in my unit - I feel spoiled with two walk-in closets and more storage space on top of that!! On top of that, management is incredible. They always answer phone calls, emails and are very attentive if you have a maintenance request. I never want to leave South Bluffs!

Starting my second year here and couldn't be happier. Management is super on top of everything. The couple times I've needed maintenance, it was handled within a couple hours. The property is beautiful and quite, people are always walking there dogs outside. It's nice to be at a place that actually makes it feel like you're wanted. Only downside is delivery drivers tend to struggle with the gates.

I lived at South bluffs for two years and absolutely loved my time here. The neighborhood is stunning!!! If you have a dog or love to walk this is the place for you. The management is very attentive of having events, giveaways, & they really care about security. Maintenance is truly amazing. My water heater broke at 4 on a Friday afternoon and they were there at 5 and stayed until it was fixed. This place is extremely affordable for the location. Cannot recommend enough.

Lived here for three years and can’t recommend it enough. The neighborhood is fantastic and so is management. The rent was always fair, especially in these crazy times, and repairs were done promptly and without needing any reminders. The ladies in the office continue to be incredible even after I moved out, tracking down packages I mistakenly had delivered to my old apartment. The apartments and neighborhood are safe and pet friendly. The only negatives I’d say is the pool and gym are small, especially since they are shared with homeowners in the neighborhood. But all in all south main is a great neighborhood in Memphis and south bluff apartments puts you close to so many of the city’s offerings but it’s also tucked away in a quiet corner of the neighborhood so you’re not in the middle
