But SBMA as a waterfront property is also just so well designed and managed, it completely transforms my experience of living in SF. I have a panoramic view of the pier with people biking past every day, and my cat Dodo can watch residents play tennis in the courts just one building over. I'm in the process of applying for an apartment here, and Miles Harmening has been super helpful. He responds to emails quickly and my friend easily met with him at the leasing office too. Since the unit I want is currently occupied, he found virtual tour videos of a similar floor plan and the courtyard view from that side of the building - very thoughtful! As someone relocating from out of state, his detailed help made everything much easier. Highly recommend!
