I’ve been living here a little over two years, and I love it. No complaints! If I ever have any issues, property management is so quick to fix it/help me out! If you’re looking for a home, I highly suggest renting through them! You won’t regret it.(:

Sousa property management was great with helping me find a new home! Jaclyn was there every step of the way & always available. She was flexible to work with my schedule for showing, & receiving keys etc. She made the process so easy!!!

AMAZING! Sousa took over managing the house we are renting. The transition was extremely smooth the rental had some appliance issues and for a house with 3 kids 4yrs and younger and it being the weekend we were STRESSING because like most renters, we have been left hanging when issues like fridge other house issues happen. Not with Sousa Property! (I have talked specifically with Jaclyn during most interactions, but the staff as a whole has been phenomenal!) Within making a matience report on our portal account we received a call within the hour with solutions and help on the how the problem could be resolved and what next steps would happen! They have been extremely helpful since they took over last year! Very grateful to have a postive relationship with our property management!
