I've been a tenant with Source Realty for over 8 years. I've had nothing but positive experiences regarding payments, necessary repairs, & upkeep. The previous property manager was great, but the current property manager, Norvie, has been fantastic. I'm grateful for her. She's been quick to respond whenever I've had a question, or maintenance issue. She follows up to make sure the work gets done correctly, & communicates thoroughly throughout the process. I've never experienced anything other than a professional, courteous, & thoughtful manager who seems to truly care about her tenants and job. I've always kept my unit clean, paid on time, & been cooperative with the office when projects needed to be done. There are rules, but my experience is if you follow them, & keep up your end of the

This company is so unprofessional. The property manager Norvie was hassling me about a pamphlet that was left at the apartment and wanted it back after a year. The pamphlet was about the appliances. She made a big deal about it. She also told me I would receive my security deposit and now is holding it before they receive the last water bill which I knew nothing about. I always had complaints about neighbors. When moving out they think the property is supposed to be in perfect shape meaning no wear and fare. I have asked for upper management number numerous of times and still nothing. Worst experience! They are MONEY HUNGRY!

Please DO NOT rent from this property! They are money hungry and EXTREMELY unprofessional! They accuse you of doing things w/o even asking you first and Norvie will go back and forth with you and when she realizes she’s wrong she doesn’t even apologize instead she tells you to let it go! Please be sure keep receipts of ALL payments made as they will pick and choose what your money goes to when you SPECIFICALLY indicate that you are paying your RENT and they will slap a late fee up there quick if you’re not fully aware of what your money is going towards! This neighborhood is not kid friendly so please do not move out here if you have children!! I would not recommend this rental property (witchduck lofts) to anybody!!

I would like to piggy back off of the Mariè ladies review. These ppl are definitely money hungry. I rented a 4bd 2 1/2 bath on Indian River Rd 3/24/23 - 3/31/24 never missed a rent payment until my last month there and that was due to me securing another home for my family and I. They agreed to waive the LF which even at that moment Samantha in an email made it seem like the payment wasn’t remitted in full (thank goodness for receipts) in Dec Norvie came to the home for the annual inspection and immediately said they were going to have to gut the house after confirming in email that the owner agreed to another lease term once all rents paid on time which we did. We contacted inquiring about one of Source’s property’s. Mrs Gross was amazing in responsiveness. She scheduled a tour immediately and helped us move into a home we love. We highly recommend using source realty in the future for any rental, buying, or selling needs you may have! After three years of being good tenants always reporting any issues a water leak or any repair requests I wouldn’t ever rent again from source realty Update MILITARY BEWARE definitely would not move here. Their PM isn’t very educated on the SCRA we could have kept the unit in our name until the end of January, but worked hard right until my husband left for deployment with two young kiddos to get out of the unit in timely condition leaving it as clean as we could.
