Sound Point Property Management

The property that was managed by this company did a poor job. The grass and weeds were unkempt for much of the spring and summer. There were areas that needed some improvement (such as broken lights), damaged gutters, broken pavers, but the property manager, Christian Wong, did not tend to these areas. Additionally, there was poor communication (i.e. no responses to emails/texts, or very delayed responses) from Christian. Lastly, regarding professionalism, this could be improved. Bringing your kids to the property (vacant or not) isn't necessarily the most professional thing to do. My review is specifically for Christian Wong, who at the time of writing this, is still employed with Sound Point, but not reflective of the other property managers.

We had Juan Sanchez as our real estate agent and as a first time home buyer my wife and I couldn't be more thankful to have a real estate agent that treats every client as family. He walked us through every process before it happened. It was like the seller was the QB and we were the opposing defense and we knew the play call. There were no surprises and Juan stays calm and collected in all situations. I would recommend him to everyone!!!

We are out of state landlords and Richard McCormick manages our Seattle townhome. We are extremely happy with him! He handles every aspect of property management and he is very responsive to all our questions. But the biggest reason why we highly recommend him so much, and have recommended him to my sister, is that he runs a business with integrity and is a very honest person. We completely trust him to take care of us, even when our property is 2000+ miles away!

This is a great company to work with. The agents are very knowledgeable and caring with their clients. I can't speak more highly of the operation. Unfortunately, as a tenant, I've had a very bad experience with them. I've been renting for 10+ years in multiple cities around the US and have never seen anything like this. Their property manager that I work with, Chris Tanaka, added a hidden fee to my rent payments without any type of notification. The only way that I realized was that I was getting email alerts that I wasn't paying my full rent, which was because they were subtracting this hidden fee from my rent. When I confronted him about this, he completely refused to deal with the situation for four months, despite the fact that the lease agreement stipulates that tenants are able to make check payments as well, he just refused to provide me with the address at which I should mail those checks and refused to work with me altogethe
