My washer and dryer does not work haven’t worked since I moved in it’s months later and they are still trying to charge me a fee instead of moving it out my unit I don’t even want it replaced at this point I just want them to take it out , the manger said someone would come by Tuesday nobody ever came ,they refuse to fix things on the unit bc is it “minor “not that big of an issue but idc if it is minor , it’s my unit and it’s suppose to look new since I am a new tenant leasing it , they close out your service request , without even fixing the things on the apartment, then they also add a bunch of fees on your bill I moved in months ago and I’m still paying 1 times first time fees , that was all suppose to be paid at move in time , Yuriko the leasing agent is nice until you sign the lease

My beginning experiences at sound were very bittersweet and often left me thinking I made a mistake however, Danielle Russell, the new property manager, is extremely adept in problem solving and conflict resolution, and in a very timely manner. She has been more than helpful and professional in every way thus far, so anyone thinking of applying i’d highly suggest you do-so now that she’s there!

0 out of 5. The day i was supposed to get my key to move in the key didn’t work. I traveled from Miami to Jacksonville. The following day the lady in the office which was very helpful but she had the nerves to tell me i should contact maintenance which was ridiculous. I finally got the key, the door to enter the apartment there was no lock. The walkway smelled and the actually door to get onto the apartment had a huge crack you can almost see in side. When i finally got inside, the floor was nicely remodeled BUT there was so much wrong with the apartment. The ac was literally hanging from the wall. The walls you can tell had been damaged by water and it was just covered up. The shower head was barely attached. There was no stove shelves, Refrigerator bin was missing. You really get what yo

This is the second time in three months that my car has been broken into here. The property has no functioning security cameras, and the security door has been broken for months, which means anyone can walk directly into the apartment floors. Management has not taken basic steps to improve safety. I live right by the model unit, so prospective residents should know that the area they show you does not represent the actual level of security on the property. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere until these issues are addressed.

Worst place I’ve ever lived! Water from roof and pipes more than 6 months. Cockroach infested asked to have pest control come! Never showed up! Air conditioner not working for two weeks. Told it was not a priority. Verbally rude people in the office!
