I lived here for multiple years. It is by far the best apartment option in St. Louis City. Debbie and the whole team are exceptional. They keep the building in prime condition and provide incredible service to their residents and guests. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and with care. The building is always very clean. In the rare chance something is in disarray or subpar, it is corrected promptly. They do a great job communicating with residents. Overall the customer service is unbeatable. Life as a resident here was great. It was the best apartment experience I've had. The location is perfect as well. I didn’t realize how spoiled I was living here until I left- I lived here for 3.5 years in my mid 20s and it was the perfect space for me and my dog. I met friends here and had so much opportunity to be creative within my unit. The maintenance and property manager are so attentive and friendly; even the smallest issues get addressed immediately. You’re in downtown Soulard which comes with its own risks, but management does everything they can to reduce it. You’re right down the street from some of the best bars and coffee shops in STL, and about 5 minutes away from Lafayette Square, my and my dog’s favorite park. There are a few things I would change, like adding a fenced in dog area and updating the main elevator (so slow, felt like it took years off my life), but the pros definitely outw

Living at Soulard Market Lofts has been a great experience. The property manager, Debbie Schroer, is incredibly kind, caring, and is the best person to run the building! My neighbor and employee, Tierney Rhone, is also incredibly helpful and caring in all interactions. Excited to renew my lease under great management in a great location.

First, let me say that Debra Schroer is the best person to run this apartment complex. Soulard Market Loft Apartments are absolutely amazing! I have never lived somewhere with such wonderful hospitality and communication with all staff members. Anytime there is an issue or something arises, I can count on all the staff at Soulard Market Lofts to help and fix it ASAP. The apartments are gorgeous and the location is honestly perfect for any body. I love where I live and I don’t think I’ll ever leave.

I have lived at the lofts for roughly 1 year now and I can say they have satisfied my every need. Debbie, Tierney and other staff have been very helpful and accommodating. Through and through living at the lofts has made my living experience very enjoyable.
