I strongly recommend Keith as a great person first, also as a very wise Real Estate salesman. We had issues with wetlands as well as the Southampton Town DEC due to the property being owned since 1925 therefore never having a Certificate of Occupancy. We were delayed because of these issues but Keith kept his focus on the buyers who were very interested in the property. Once all the obstacles were cleared we closed quickly. I had the good fortune of working with Keith Williams to sell my family home. Before we listed the home for sale, he advised us on how to best prepare the house to sell it for the most amount of money in the least amount of time. He connected us with the appropriate professionals to help legalize some unpermitted work that was done to the house over the years. All the while, he was helping me to find my next home. With his help I was able to sell my house for more than expected and close on a new home all within a timeline that worked best for me.
