I love my one bedroom!! Iman is the best. She was very patient and sweet and kept me updated throughout the application process. They have a waiting list but it’s definitely worth the wait. My apartment is clean and cozy. Maintenance usually fixes any issues within 24 hours or less. The community is very quiet and everyone stay to they self. I highly recommend!

Terrible management... Room was falling apart lived there for 7 years and reported maintenance was never done. I would honestly get this place zero Stars if I could. The maintenance guys that work there were amazing. But the front office staff is unprofessional rude and overwhelmed. Not surprised they're just a subsidiary of something the Miami dolphins owns. So they really have no upper management or oversight to be able to do anything. Zero speed bumps. No surveillance going on besides at the front gate. The front gate is always broken at least once a week. So it's really a "gated community when the gate is fixed" The first week I lived there a bunch of cars were on cinder blocks after one night someone went through and stole a bunch of rims and tires. I moved in during the pandemic in 2020. Kay was amazing and patient (this is my first apartment living with out my mom). I love the location. I feel safe here. The neighbors are chill. I live with my young daughter and I can come anytime of day or night without worrying about getting robbed or assaulted. I've even mistakenly left my car window down and nothing was touched the next morning. The maintenance guys are super cool and very prompt with whatever I need. If I see them driving their little cart around and I have a concern I can always stop them and they put a ticket in and help me either that day or the next day. Kay and Carmen is AWESOME!!! I appreciate everything. These ladies have assisted me with, and a huge shout out to the new Maintenance men these guys are amazing very sufficient very fast knows what they’re doing and very well mannered and professional all the years I’ve lived in apartments I’ve never had any maintenance men incredibly awesome like these guys thank you guys for all you do.
