Sonrise Villas stay on top of their duties. Anytime I need help with something in my place the maintenance team always respond within 24 hours. Any questions or concerns I may have with other things, the ladies in the office always have an answer or redirect me to where I can get help. Thank you 🙏🏽🙏🏽

I lived here over 19 years and this IS the worst management and maintenance ever all I got to say is they do it for money, they ignore, lazy, manager gives attitude to everyone, manager fraud my mothers money, bill said 853 but since you now pay rent in the phone it said 653 I asked for corporate number she declined and said we can give you their email they simply don’t care for no one’s safety and the environment. PLEASE DONT LIVE HERE !!

The maintenance men are very helpful, with anything that comes up. These men work very hard to keep this place looking nice.

If I could put 0 stars I would. I’ve lived out here for 3 years and do not recommend this place. The manager in the office is nasty to everyone and has the worse attitude. She will lie to try and cover her butt every time. Anytime you ask for a phone number for the higher up she will not provide it. She will only give you an email. They constantly increase the rent and it’s not even worth what we pay. The garbage is constantly overflowing, the roaches are awful and it doesn’t matter how much they come and spray they get worse. During hurricane season they didn’t assist anyone with putting up shutters and I live on the second floor. When my neighbor and I called about missing pieces they told us we are responsible for that. Overall I would not recommend putting in an application out here.
