Moved to The Sonoran Apartments from a horribly run community in Mesa and I have to say working with Michael throughout the leasing process was super easy. He made us feel welcomed and at ease on our first meeting to tour the unit we wanted and showed us the entire grounds. The standard units are so cozy, love the kitchen and dark brown cabinets. I especially love how big the bathroom counters are too. Our unit was cleaned for us before move in and even the internet was hooked up ready to go. 😁 Highly recommend this community in the Ahwatukee area 🖤

The units are great. Comfy floor plan and nice amenities. One point of great pride for Sonoran Apartments, however, is absolutely their Maintenance Team. These guys are Fantastic! Very quick response time, incredibly kind and helpful, and their work is solid every time. I’ve never had to re submit a ticket for something they’ve already paid attention to. The common area and general grounds of the complex are always taken care of, and if there are any issues or major problems, the team is on it 100% until it’s taken care of. Great communication to residents as well. It’s very well maintained here, pools are taken care of every day, trees are trimmed when necessary, grass areas are never out of shape. Im really glad I chose to stay at Sonoran Apartment Homes! It's a quiet property and everything has been great so far. This is thanks in large part to Keomy. Living here has honestly been such a wonderful experience. The property is well cared for, management is responsive, and the maintenance team is outstanding.
