Wonderful place to live. Been here three years, Liked it so much buying our second home. Wonderful neighbors that look after each other like family. Many activities and plenty of opportunities to join clubs and sports of your choice. The 5 o’clock cocktail is always easily found.

Great place for some relaxing and catching so sun. It was quite not many people out at this location. The facilities were nice and clean . Will definitely come back.

Love my small cookie cutter home in the community. Neighbors are caring. Clubhouse and pool are great and well kept.

Amazing origination to work with. The facility could not possibly be what it is today without Lisa Solano behind the wheel! She is passionate about her work and sincerely cares (which can be really hard to find). Would recommend this community to anyone!

Neighbors look after themselves. Very clique. Lots if small yapping dogs. Not caring of neighbors,unless you have a dog. I love my home, but i don't feel comfortable in this environment. When my hysband and i bought in 2004 it was just beginning. What a wonderful and caring place. Oh my, how things can change. There has been a great deal of sales here. Why? I feel like i dont belong. This is the first time i have aired concerns. Motor cycles and racing cars. Why. Neighbors who dont care. Why? Whats it come to? Dogs barking incessantly. Why? Owners dont care that it bothers others? Why? Im really disappointed in del webb properties. Im really sad because i love my home. I dont want to leave. Where isthe love,friendship and tolerance? Thats what it is all about, isn't it? Caring and ke
