Sonoma Ridge

Shout out to Tori in the office. My daughter is getting her first apartment with her sister. Tori has been so easy to work with. She’s approachable, friendly, knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. She never made my daughter feel like her questions were stupid or unimportant. She follows through and explains things well. I can’t thank her enough. We checked other places with comparable prices and floor plans, but ultimately chose Sonoma Ridge because of our experience working with Tori.

Sonoma Ridge is definitely 5 stars! It is a quiet but friendly place where the office staff really do care about the tenants. The maintenance crew are totally amazing. They are always friendly and extremely quick and competent to fix anything! The grounds crew always keep the grounds clean and attractive. It's been my honor to have called Sonoma Ridge home the last 3 years. I'm going to miss living here.

I really like living here. The place is clean, quiet, and feels safe. The staff here are always super friendly and helpful, and any maintenance request I’ve put in has been handled quickly. My apartment is comfortable and has a nice layout, and I love that the community has a pool and gym I can actually use. The location is great too—close to stores, restaurants, and the freeway, but it still feels like a calm neighborhood. Overall, I’m really happy I chose Sonoma Ridge and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a good place to live in Peoria.

I’m a year & a half in at Sonoma Ridge Apartments, and I couldn’t be happier with the beautiful, safe & impeccably kept grounds, lightning fast, pleasant & thorough maintenance team, solid management, and the incredible support & fellowship of the staff. Tori has gone above and beyond any expectations I could have from day one, and I’m super grateful to have such an inclusive, positive environment to raise my son at affordably. 10/10 experience!

I had an excellent experience living at Sonoma Ridge. I left a bad review because I was upset about the huge increase to renew my lease, but unfortunately that's just what everyplace does. I moved out a couple years ago but I'm updating this review because they deserve it. The office staff is amazing, the maintenance team is always on site and friendly and meticulous about the appearance and care of the property, and the apartment itself was flawless. The only problem I ever had in two years was my AC went down in the summer and it was fixed quickly and without incident. Great experience. I would recommend for sure.
