I would give zero stars if I could. We made an appointment with, Todd Pimentel, last Friday the 12th, to look at a home on Wednesday 12/17. I explained to Todd that I work weekdays and would have to move appointments around to be able to do the viewing (we are coming from Napa). We get to the house at our appointment time, where the owners inform me the house was already rented out last week. Todd is nowhere to be found. I understand that mistakes can be made, but for Todd to not have the decency to inform me himself, cancel my appointment, or save me the trip from Napa, is so beyond unprofessional. He still has not even called to apologize for his mistake. I called the office and the woman who picked up didn't seem to know what was going on with the property.. at first she said "Todd is o

From the moment that I called the office, to the time of signing my lease agreement, Kimberly and staff were pleasant to work with; always professional and helpful and doing what she said she would do with lightening speed and courtesy.

Sonoma management has been great. Renters can be so needy and think the world revolves around them. I am happy to have such a nice place to live.
