Somerton Court Apartments

Misleading listing, apartments are old, finishes from the 70’s, mold in the bathroom. Management service is nonexistent. I moved out and they have not given me my deposit back despite reaching out constantly. I will be reporting them to the city and taking them court.

My father has lived here for over 10years and never had a single roach in his apartment and maybe 2 mice in 10 years. Maintenance guy Dave is great and will always try to fix your problem asap. The parking could be better but it's only because some people have 5 cars per household. The office was great when Tonya was here but the the guy is helpful as well. The prices are ok but what is cheap nowadays. I would definitely recommend to a friend

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I live here and the “New” management is no different than the one before. Matter of fact they have less office hours than the previous management. The answering services are NOT helpful because despite them saying that they will relay your message to maintenance, nobody calls back and maintenance doesn’t respond to your complaints. I had the maintenance guy tell me that they don’t get messages unless we say it’s an emergency. But I don’t believe that because I have an emergency situation right now and I’m still being ignored by them and management. David (the person who is responding under these posts about being the new manager) left me a note taped to my door (rather than calling me back to give me an update about the air conditioning issue) that a b

If I could give this place zero stars I would. These people never answer the phone and if/ when they do its always with attitude. They don't fix anything. They have mice and roast infestation. Maintenance doesn't do their job. They also have hidden fees with everything. This place is a joke. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Read all recent reviews, no lies told. Also they have false advertisements on having a pool. I can go on and on. Save your time and money and invest into people who care for their tenants and don't view you as dollar signs.

3rd time calling about a tour so i can possible move here. Glad i checked the reviews first, it seems they just dont take nor respond to calls or relayed messages. If i cant get a hold of them about simply moving in, i doubt itll be different if i actually lived here. GET ACTUAL MANAGEMENT 👎
